Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders placed on NMS Wellness.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Fee

• West Malaysia: RM6–RM10

• East Malaysia: RM15–RM20
  (Final fee displayed at checkout applies.)

3. Delivery Duration

• West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

• East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
  Delays may occur during peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• No recipient

• Unclaimed parcel

Re-delivery charges will apply.

6. Damaged / Missing Items

Please report within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).
